Firstly we divide the project into workable standard phases;
We construct your house from foundation-completion working from one phase to another, as illustrated in the figure.
In case there is a halt! No worries, every complete phase is safe from damage i.e weather or natural degradation
From the above illustration, the total cost of all the phases is 50M, which brings you in a range of (50-100)Millions.
Hence you are required to pay 1 Million per month. Startng with phase one you pay 50% which is 10Millions of the 20 Millions of that phase.

Hence,A bungalow has 3 phases (if the sample budget is UGX 50m) In total, a 50m house will take 25 months (about 2 years) to complete. A 2-storied house has 5 phases (if the sample budget is UGX 210m) In total, a 210m house would take 43 months (about 3.5 years) to complete.
In addition, we will be responsible for the safety and security of the entire construction project until completion and hand-over to the client. This reduces stress and worry for the client. So, the client can concentrate on meeting just the payments as we concentrate on fulfilling the client’s construction needs.
